Special guests Paul Santoleri, the Mural Arts Program and the Philadelphia Water Department to provide exciting changes coming to Roxborough Pocket Park.
In 2015 the Roxborough Development Corporation (RDC) developed the Roxborough 2020 Initiative and engaged over 700 neighborhood stakeholders to envision improvements to Ridge Avenue and the Roxborough neighborhood. On Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at 6:30 PM the RDC will host the Roxborough 2020 Plan Community Meeting at the pocket park, 6170 Ridge Avenue. The meeting has been organized to provide an update on Roxborough 2020 and to discuss exciting changes coming to the Roxborough Pocket Park.
Special guests attending the meeting will include artist Paul Santoleri, the Mural Arts Program and the Philadelphia Water Department. “As the Roxborough Development Corporation reflects on its 25th year anniversary, we are inviting the community to engage and receive an update on the Roxborough 2020 Initiative,” said James Harry Calamia, RDC Executive Director. “In addition to the update on Roxborough 2020 we will also be announcing exciting changes that will soon come to Ridge Avenue’s creative public space, the Roxborough Pocket Park.”
