Rockin' the Ridge Car Show held annually in May attracts many classics, customs and hot rods.

The Ridge Runner’s Car Club will host its fifteenth annual “Rockin' the Ridge Car Show” on Saturday, May 13, 2017 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm in the proud Roxborough neighborhood of Philadelphia. The event will take place along Ridge Avenue between Hermitage and Fountain Street. “Rockin' the Ridge Car Show” is a free, family-friendly event giving visitors the unique opportunity to view our region’s most impressive car’s lined along Philadelphia’s beloved Gorgas Park.

“Our 15th Annual Rockin’ The Ridge Car Show is an incredible accomplishment for the car club, which over the years has fueled our annual fundraising efforts for community and youth programming,” said Paul Morroney President of the Roxborough Ridge Runners Car Club. “In celebration of our 15th year anniversary, we are excited to announce a live musical performance by Roney and the El Dorados along with BBQ provided by Roxborough’s own Deke’s BBQ.”

The Rockin’ The Ridge Car Show is a must see auto event among automotive enthusiasts and Philadelphia residents. In addition to the aforementioned performance, the family-friendly event will feature numerous fun and recreational activities for children as well as local food vendors. The 15th Annual Rockin’ The Ridge Car Show is proudly supported by Nationwide DeFinis Agency, Maaco, 101.1 More FM and the Roxborough Development Corporation.

The Roxborough Ridge Runners Car Club is a non-profit club of automotive enthusiasts that is based in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia. They are proud to be a part of a wonderful community by donating their proceeds to local youth activity groups as well as local civic groups.
